1. GENERAL RULES AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 If you choose to use http://cupwhamilton.org/, CUPW Local 548 websites, and/or mobile sites and/or applications and/or any of the features provided therein, including but not limited to RSS, API, software and other downloads (collectively, the "Service"), you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service between you and CUPW Local 548 ("CUPW 548", "Local 548", "the Local", “us” or “we”).The content, views, opinions, comments and functionality provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and represents the personal views of Local 548 members and/or executives and in no way represents the views of Canada Post Corporation, the website service provider, or their respective employees or representatives. CUPW Local 548 , its officers, executives or representatives, the website service provider and/or any other associated parties, employees, officers or representatives bear no responsibility whatsoever, in any manner, for your use of the content or functionality provide by the Service.

1.2 All site templates, software code, interaction code, content management systems and/or technology, user-interface graphics and decorative graphics and aspects of the Content (see 2.1 below) that are not specific to Local 548 Content (collectively known as the "Platform") is protected by copyright and/or intellectual property laws and owned by the website service provider and/or their officers or representatives.

1.3 We may change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time, which shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service prior to each use of the Service and by continuing to use the Service, you agree to any changes.

2. CONTENT ON THE SERVICE

2.1 The contents of the Service, including the website, are intended for your personal, noncommercial use. All materials published on the Service (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by CUPW Local 548 or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.

2.2 Local 548 and/or its members, executives and/or officers bear all responsibilities and liabilities for the opinions, statements, views and claims contained in the Content. The website service provider and/or their officers, representatives, employees or agents bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the opinions, statements, view or claims contained in the Content.

2.3 The Service, the Content and the Platform are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property laws pursuant to Canadian and international laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in Section 2.3 of these Terms of Service), create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Content or the Service (including software) in whole or in part.

3. SECURITY

3.1 As we cannot guarantee the security of electronic systems, the Service, or e-mail, we do not recommend sending sensitive personal information electronically at this time.
