The ratification vote for the RSMC tentative collective agreement took place from August 23 to September 28 2008 accross the country. We had 2,161 participants who casted their votes. There were over 200 more participants than during the vote that took place in 2006.
Our Ontario region voted 290 in favour and 84 against with one spoiled ballot.
Nationally the vote was 73.35% yes and 26.65% no.
