Until we have that understanding, we have little chance of preventing harassment before it starts. Changes at HMPP!July 30, 2024After much lengthy back and forth discussions, we were able to achieve amendments to Management's hard line position related to day positions, where we have pushed back based on Article 14.30 to increase day positions and to adjust schedules.
