Changes at HMPP!

After much lengthy back and forth discussions, we were able to achieve amendments to Management's hard line position related to day positions, where we have pushed back based on Article 14.30 to increase day positions and to adjust schedules.

HMPP Process Changes

On March 6th the Local met with Managers to present a counter proposal that adds full day-time positions...
