After much lengthy back and forth discussions, we were able to achieve amendments to Management's hard line position related to day positions, where we have pushed back based on Article 14.30 to increase day positions and to adjust schedules.

2014.09.20 - Toronto Rally

Toronto Rally September 20, 2014


On September 20, 2014 members of the Local Executive and Fight back Committee, activists and family members participated in the demonstration at Conservative Finance Minister Joe Oliver’s Toronto office. Presentations were made by National President D. Lemelin, OFL President Sid Ryan, and executives from other unions, supporting CUPW in its fight to preserve Canada Post and door-to-door service for Canadians. Many thanks to the members, activists, executives, and the Fight Back Committee members who participated in these events. Momentum is building- let’s Fight Back together!!
