After much lengthy back and forth discussions, we were able to achieve amendments to Management's hard line position related to day positions, where we have pushed back based on Article 14.30 to increase day positions and to adjust schedules.

Picket at Hamilton Yacht Club

On Wednesday October 1, 2014, members of our Local’s Fight Back Committee, along with Local activists , and members of the Executive staged a protest picket in front of the Royal Hamilton yacht Club where the Provincial Conservative party was holding a meeting. A successful picket which raised public awareness of the issues surrounding the elimination of door to door was the result.
