After much lengthy back and forth discussions, we were able to achieve amendments to Management's hard line position related to day positions, where we have pushed back based on Article 14.30 to increase day positions and to adjust schedules.

Local 548 was out in force for the Labour Day Parade at the beginning of September. Our "Mail to Every Door" banners and shirts signaled our support of the Save Door-To-Door campaign for everyone this proposal is going to affect.
