On Sunday March 8th the Hamilton Local Fight Back Committee and volunteers set up a “Save Door to Door” table at the Haggler’s Flea market in east Hamilton. We had a great response from people passing by, and obtained many petition signatures. The overwhelming majority of people were in support of saving their door to door mail delivery. In fact, many of the people we spoke with are extremely angry with Canada Post and the Conservative government over this issue. It was a very productive day for the Hamilton Local “Save Door to Door” campaign. Thanks to our great committee and volunteers! |
